Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take longer during launches and seasonal periods. A dispatch notification will be sent when your order ships.
Shipping
Available methods, charges and delivery estimates appear at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after processing and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs or events outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
International orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes and import charges unless checkout states otherwise.
30-day returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition, free from marks and odours, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Non-returnable items
Unless faulty or required by law, we cannot accept earrings or pierced jewellery, underwear, lingerie, hosiery, swimwear without its hygiene seal, opened cosmetics, personalized items, gift cards or items clearly marked final sale.
Starting a return
Email support@shahfashions.com with your order number and the items you wish to return before sending anything. Customers are responsible for tracked return postage for unwanted items. Reasonable return costs for confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be covered where required.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing times vary. Exchanges depend on stock availability; otherwise return the item and place a new order.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
